Documentation

  • Procedures for IT Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) processes
  • Policies for operations in IT and MEP spaces regarding staff, vendors, maintenance, access, etc.
  • Standards for cabling and equipment installations in technology, trading and general office environments

Relocation

  • Inventory of IT equipment and communications services at existing location
  • Coordinate vendor pick-ups at existing site and deliveries to new site
  • Disposal of obsolete equipment and termination of equipment contracts and services
  • Coordinate communications services installations at new site
  • Decommissioning of existing site and turnover to landlord

Cable and Asset Management Databases

  • Create base templates and naming standards for project based on individual client requirements
  • Collect information and build database from client directives and project design documents
  • Issue comprehensive cable pull, cable termination, patching, cross connect and equipment installation schedules to field for implementation
  • Establish and maintain a Change Order Management System (COMS) to schedule and verify the completion of base contract and additional services vendor work
  • Evaluation, recommendation and implementation of communications infrastructure software packages
  • On-site client personnel training and turnover
  • On-going consulting services

Staff Augmentation

  • Provide seasoned additional MEPFP/IT/Security resources to corporate IT and/or facilities teams
  • Project specific or for on-going operations
